Senior Tax Accountant Full-Time

Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal and state returns for Partnerships, C Corporations, S Corporations and Individuals
Deliver exceptional service to every client by applying invaluable insight and a commitment to improving the big picture
Participate in challenging client assignments from beginning to end
Assist with training and mentoring junior team members in the continual expansion of the firm
Required Background
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or other closely related field
7+ years of tax and accounting experience, preferably more than 10
Superior communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or other closely related field
Enrolled Agent, CPA certificate holder or candidate
Knowledge using QuickBooks
Experience using Lacerte tax software
Compensation and Benefits
Possible future partner position ( after 10 years at the firm)
Compensation: $65,000-$85,000+ (based on experience)
